Thinking Out Loud

Because so many of you have told me that you don't have time to do all the things you need to do to get recruited,  I am considering  only accepting 24 prospective college athletes for clients in 2010. ( no current seniors) Maybe I'll only accept 24 and provide them with unmatched personal help. This will not be inexpensive. Nor will my fees be outrageous. I am working on a fee structure as you read this.

Because some of you told me you still are clueless on how this recruiting process works, even with all the free information provided on this web site, and because some of you told me you would rather pay me to do this for you, I may add some pay services with a smorgasbord type menu.

If I do this, I will not accept athletes in this program who do not realistically have a chance to play in college. Many recruiting services will take your check just for the commission. I will not! Many recruiting services will accept an unlimited number of clients, even if they cannot provide an excellent service for them.  I would only accept a small number of clients and give them the best results possible.

The Athletes I Accept in this Program Will Have:

Over a 3.2 grade point average in the core courses.
They must provide me with 2 letters from coaches who you have played for or against. These letters must state that the coach has no doubt that you will be good enough to compete, AT LEAST, at a small college by the time you graduate high school.
The athlete must have a burning desire to earn a college degree and compete at the next level.
The athlete must get me 2 letters of recommendation from non-sports related people in your life.
The athlete must provide me with a quality game or skills video, or I must see you play in person  before being accepted.
  • The athlete must be a marketable commodity for me to promote to college coaches. Actions on the field, court, mat, or pool must be respectful of all involved. Extremely long hair and tattoos do not make you marketable in this particular program.
  • The athlete must have computer access and check email daily.
  • No senior athletes will be accepted after November 1st each year.
